Undergraduate Thesis Integrative Design Packet
This study of technical drawings, building code, accessibility, and systems accompanied design drawings for the Notre Dame undergraduate thesis project to demonstrate the practical constructibility and operation of the proposed project. Integration of functional features with structural and aesthetic considerations early in the schematic phase allows for harmonious composition and efficient operation of the completed design. Beautifully designed architecture cannot be realized today without also being constructible, accessible, safe, and energy conscious.
